Abstract: Food and nutrition play a key role in ethnography. Through them we can recognize cultural norms, behavior, social rules, religious prohibitions on consumption and abstinence, and the relationship between them and foreign communities and peoples.The article examines the main agricultural technologies and food products, which have become traditional for Bulgarians.
